In the morning i transferred the logging information onto an excel spreadsheet with the timings of each shot, the description and whether or not we where using the shot. However, when i had finish the document it would not upload to the presentation website - Prezi.com- so therefore with difficulty and searching on google i have discovered new forms of interactive media. These are 'GoogleDocs' where you upload word documents which then you can transfer to a blog.In our media lesson Morgy worked on the audio track that we are using for our video. She was trying to make the audio of the singer louder to hear in the track which she "whacked some EQ on it ". Obviously it was more technical that this but that this context was the easiest way to explain to me due to my music tech skills are non-existent.
Also, in the lesson our teacher shown us an example of a digi pack which we will have to make for our ancillary task reinstating that we are not just designing a album cover but a whole pack.

In today's lesson our group have carried on with our blogging making sure it is up to date. Plus, we have planned more on organising our filming for the party scenes. The venue that we are using is a place in Totton called Totton and Eling Community Centre ( http://www.totton-and-eling-tc.gov.uk/Living_In_The_Town/Totton__Eling_Community_Centre.aspx) Ryan will go down today to arrange the date which should be the 5th or 19th November. this allows time for the band to practise and give us time to film the other shots including are female character. We also looked further into the different digi packs. An example of the digi pack we looked at was Little Creatures-Night People.
We looked at how the music video relates to the digi pack. We noticed that the colours corresponds together and how the music is relaxed and is shown in the artwork of the pack though using a forest background which is quite and tranquil rather than a busy city. Also in the digi pack they have included a booklet for the buyer to look at. The design is a fold out booklet with fits with the cover. This booklet includes the lyrics to the songs on the CD, both in English and Japanese to suit its target audience. Also, there is listed the different people involved with the production of the album and a "thanks" to the fans section. The Cd design is just a simple pattern still in the same colours of green. Back cover includes more information such as a website and rights of the music.
However, Alice Coltrane, takes a different approach to the digi pack design. The booklet is full of photography including the colours and the CD design its self takes on the imagery of an old fashioned record to fit with the new wave jazz.mixing the old design with the new technology.
